Our Retail Associates at all levels of their career receive learning opportunities which initiate with an 8 week training process which is composed on self-directed learning, hands on training and peer assistance as well as Supervisory coaching. Throughout their careers our associates receive ongoing learning opportunities through new projects and company initiatives as well as our partnerships with vendors which offer ongoing product knowledge opportunities.
Sales Associates
Our Sales Associates’ objective is to provide an excellent customer service experience to every customer visiting our stores. From day one our Sales Associates work on learning our way of doing things, mastering our signature C.A.S.T.L.E. Service requirements and learning about our organizational values as well as contributing to company daily sales goals. Our Sales Associates provide end to end services to our customers including product information and education, providing sales suggestions based on customer questions, communicating in store promotions to our customers, running a cash register and thanking our customers for shopping with us and inviting them back.
Shift Supervisors
Our Shift Supervisors’ objective is to contribute to the success of store operations by providing an excellent customer service experience to every customer visiting our stores and ensuring that Sales Associates are doing the same. In addition to completing Castle Megastore Group’s 8 week training process and mastering our signature C.A.S.T.L.E Service requirements, our Shift Supervisors are also required to complete Manager on Duty training and participate in regular Store Leadership meetings and activities. Our Shift Supervisors are accountable for setting an example of company core values as well as coaching, mentoring, training, developing and promoting a sales culture for our Sales Associates.
Assistant Managers & General Store Managers
Our Management Team’s objective is to contribute to the success of store operations and company brand by ensuring all store associates are providing an excellent customer service experience. In the process of achieving this objective our Managers are accountable for coaching, mentoring, training, development, ensuring a consistency in the execution of company set policies, procedures and service standards. Our Store Management team shares accountability for customer service, productivity requirements, inventory management, loss prevention, sales performance and human resources.
