Customer Satisfaction is our first priority. Should you have purchased a product that you would like to return, all returns must be pre-approved and made within 30 days of the original purchase . Due to the nature of personal use items, we are unable to except returns on any personal use (internal or external) toys or novelties. All Sales are final on any personal use items or product on sale or clearance. Please note that some products do have other requirements to be eligible for return. All personal use items are tested to ensure they are functioning prior to shipping. All warranties and defects are handled and honored through the product manufacturer from date of purchase.
- Apparel must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags attached .
- Shoes must be unworn and in the original box .
- Shoeboxes must be free of shipping labels and tape. Use the original shipping box to return your shoes.
- Shoes that have been worn may not be returned or exchanged.
- All other eligible return product must be unused and unmodified in the original packaging only .
Refunds will be applied to the original debit or credit card used at the time of purchase less shipping and handling.
Management reserves the right to refuse any Return or Exchange.
