EXCHANGES:
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of original purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Defective DVD’s and/or media will be tested in-store and exchanged if defect is found.

Items purchased online that are defective must be reported via our Customer Service Center. Customers will be supplied with warranty information, if applicable, to complete exchange process with manufacturer.

RETURNS:
Items purchased in-store or online may be returned within 30 days of original purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

• Shoes must be unworn and in original box.
• Apparel must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags attached.
• All other eligible return product must be unused and unmodified in the original packaging.
