Orders will appear as Castle Media Group on your credit card statement.
Orders placed before 1 pm MST will ship same day.
Order placed after 1 pm MST will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not currently available.

We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
We currently do not ship to Alabama and Mississippi.
We currently do not ship internationally - this includes Canada and Mexico.
All products will be shipped in discreet packaging with Dux Distribution as the return address.

Free Shipping
The shipping method used for Free Shipping is USPS Standard Ground. This option becomes available when certain criteria are met. Please review main page for minimum criteria.
USPS Priority Mail
Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery within the United States. Most locations are 2 day delivery. USPS Priority shipments within Arizona will typically take 1 business day.
Fedex Ground / Home Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within continental United States. Fedex Ground shipments within Arizona will typically take 1 business day.
Fedex 2nd Day
Delivered within 2 days by 4:30 pm to most destinations.
Fedex 3rd Day
Delivery within 3 business days by 4:30 pm to most destinations.
Fedex Standard Overnight
Delivered next day by 3:00 pm to most destinations. Orders must be placed before 1 pm MST to ship the same day. Orders after 1 pm MST will ship next day.
Fedex Priority Overnight
Delivered next day by 10:30 am to most destinations. Orders must be placed before 1 pm MST to ship the same day. Orders after 1 pm MST will ship next day.
Fedex First Overnight
Delivered next day by 8:30 am to most destinations. Orders must be placed before 1 pm MST to ship the same day. Orders after 1 pm MST will ship next day.
International
We do not ship internationally at this time, this includes Canada and Mexico.
Back Orders
All items put on back order will take on average from 7 to 14 business days to be re-shipped to you. Some back orders could take up to 4 weeks.
