Chief Financial Officer

Brett Frederick CPA, CFE, CFF, CIRA is the CFO for Castle Megastore Group, Inc. a multi-state retail operation headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. In his current position, Mr. Frederick is responsible for the oversight of all Accounting, Information Technology, Inventory, and Distribution Center operations and is integrally involved in the development of strategic initiatives aligning people with company objectives. Prior to joining Castle Megastore, Mr. Frederick was a Controller for law firm, CFO for an international educational company, and CFO for a multi-state, multi-entity, hospitality services company.  Mr. Frederick has gained significant business experience redefining business processes and procedures, reengineering business and banking relationships, and has helped guide companies through highly complex legal, regulatory, and business reorganizational situations.  Mr. Frederick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and the Arizona Association of Certified Public Accountants.
