Regional Retail Manager

Kylee Wilson is the Regional Retail Manager for Castle Megastore Group, Inc a multi-state retail operation headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.  In her current position, Ms. Wilson is responsible for the Regional Sales operations and sales strategies for the 17 retail stores. Ms. Wilson began in Action Sports and has over 10 years of multifaceted retail know-how including Store Management, Training, and Buying. Over the past 18 Months, Ms. Wilson has led the internal shift within Castle to a sale and customer service centric culture.
