Miriam Bland

Human Resources Director

Miriam Bland is the Human Resources Director for Castle Megastore Group, Inc. a multi-state retail operation headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.  In her current position, Ms. Bland is responsible for the overall management, administration and oversight of all human resources operations, initiatives and activities including risk management, employee relations, policies and procedures, planning, total rewards (compensation and benefits), talent management and payroll for the 17 retail stores located in Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.  Prior to joining Castle Megastore, Ms. Bland was the Human Resources Manager for a furniture retail company, specializing in alternative financing.  Ms. Bland brings 20 years of human resources experience in a corporate setting with support to over 150 multi-state retail locations.  Ms. Bland holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), SMA of Greater Phoenix and East Valley Human Resources Association.
