I have deeply mixed feelings about the Stronic Bi Fusion. On one hand, I absolutely adore the unique thrusting action in a shape that finds my G-spot far more effectively and reliably than my beloved Stronic Eins. On the other hand, there’s the sadness of the weak, buzzy nature of the clit arm. I wanted the Fusion to join Fun Factory’s potent, rumbly vibration with their unique Stronic motion, but that isn’t what this toy does. The Stronic part is as great as ever, but the clit vibes feel like an afterthought.
The Fusion is a little thicker than its Stronic predecessors, with a diameter of 1.9 inches. If you’re not into girth, this is definitely not going to be your jam. The shape is wider at the tip and gently curved. The clit arm is flexible, and considerably longer and wider than most I’ve encountered. Actually, I wouldn’t call it an arm so much as a flipper. For me, a tall, larger bodied person who likes broader stimulation, that design works. Combine it with stronger vibration and it would be perfect.
Tech-wise, Fun Factory knows how to engineer a great toy. The controls on the Fusion are simple: the FUN button powers it on or off, the button with the large dot controls the thrusting, the button with the small dot controls the vibration. As with the other Stronic toys, the buttons are easy to feel and press, but not so sensitive that I accidentally change settings during use. It’s also waterproof for easy cleaning and charges magnetically.
When I first tried the Stronic Fusion, the sad nature of the clitoral vibrations made me angry. I could have handled it if they were just low intensity, but they are buzzy and nothing like the deep Fun Factory vibrations I know and love. I’ll admit that my feelings probably impacted my initial reaction, and kept me from fully appreciating the brilliance of its girthy, curving shape. I was prepared to skewer it as a letdown.
The second testing session was decidedly better. I found that I could get off with the Fusion despite the vibration being decidedly subpar. The thrusting motion of the arm against my clit somewhat compensates for the sad buzz, though admittedly my clit is not demanding in the power department. And I really liked the size and shape of the Fusion internally. Things were not as simple as they had first appeared.
Finally, I showed this perplexing toy to my partner. As often happens, our discussion led to hands-on experimentation. He used the Stronic Fusion on me from behind as I bent over the bed, and I had an incredibly intense and long lasting orgasm that left my legs shaking. Disappointed though I might be in the strength of the vibrations, I can’t deny that the toy as a whole is still fantastic for me.
The bottom line is that while I’ve come to love my Fusion despite its flaws, it might not work for you. If you are looking to purchase the Stronic Fusion because you need serious clit stimulation, you are barking up the wrong tree. You’d be far better off getting one of the original Stronics and pairing it with a Tango or other small vibe of your choice. On the other hand, if you are craving Stronic action in a thicker, G-spot targeting toy and vibration quality is not a major issue, the Fusion might be your friend.
I’d absolutely LOVE to see Fun Factory amp up the vibrations in the Fusion and/or to release a Stronic in this shape without the clit arm. I would wholeheartedly recommend either of those options if they came into existence.
