 Due to COVID-19 shipping and processing time can take longer than normal.

    • Please allow 5 business days for processing.
    • All products will be shipped in discreet packaging with Dux Distribution as the return address.
    • Orders will appear as Castle Media Group on your credit card statement.
  • Orders placed on Thursday after 2pm(ARIZONA) will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will begin processing the next business day. We process USPS Priority Mail and FED-EX 2-Day Shipping Monday through Thursday until 2 pm (ARIZONA) excluding holidays. Choosing any of these methods will still incur the shipping fees once the order is processed.
  • Sunday deliveries are not currently available.
  • Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.
  • We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Currently we are not shipping or fulfilling orders in CA.
  • We do ship internationally to Canada.
  • When orders are shipped, you will receive an email from either Fedex.com or USPS.com with confirmation and tracking numbers. Please also check your spam filters and allow emails to be received from Castlemegastore.com.

Free shipping will be provided as an option at checkout ONLY WHEN IT IS BEING OFFERED.

Castle Megastore now is offering shipping to all over the world. You may have your items shipped via FedEx. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Orders placed on Thursday after 2pm(ARIZONA) will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays. Castle Megastore is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
